Our own production: the dough is made with sourdough, butter, Italian wheat flour with wheat germ, sugar and only egg yolk from 0 km, no egg white, to offer the typical Milanese panettone dough of yesteryear. The dough is worked over three leavening cycles and then enriched with a selection of candied orange and citron and soft sultanas with Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
